After more than two years, the pandemic seems less serious in some countries, although in others it continues to maintain a high degree of threat.

At the same time, however, a war spate has broken out in Europe with the Russian invasion of the Ukraine, claiming many victims and forcing millions of people to flee to other countries.

In addition, this situation runs the risk of spreading and the fear of a third world war appears in the world after many years.

In this serious international context, there are many other situations of local scale insecurity, with conflicts that especially affect the poorest populations, whose conditions are also aggravated by the increase in the cost of living.
